File a Public Meeting Grievance
If you believe the Council has violates the Oregon public meeting laws, you may submit a written grievance to the Council within 30 calendar days of the alleged violation. Grievance must include:
1. Date of submission
2. Name and contact information for person filing the grievance
3. Date of the meeting when the alleged violation occurred
4. Description of the facts and circumstances of the alleged violation

The Council has 21 days after receiving the grievance to provide a written response to the person who filed the grievance and send a copy of the grievance and the Council response to the Oregon Government Ethics Commission.
