EDUCATION

With less than two percent of the nation's population directly involved in production agriculture, it is important to educate your students about where their food comes from, so they understand the important role of beef and the beef industry in their lives.

The Oregon Beef Council offers an annual newsletter titled Beef Briefs as well as a variety of teaching kits that are aligned to Oregon Content Standards, in an effort to assist teachers in educating their students about agriculture and specifically beef. To sign-up for this free newsletter or order free teaching materials, please contact us at 503.274.BEEF (2333) or email.
